Judge, MindSpeak Essay Competition 2025
Shiv's Third Eye
I served on the judges' panel for MindSpeak, a statewide essay competition inviting New Jersey middle and high school students to write about youth mental health. I read more than 70 essays, poems, and personal stories, and was honored to help recognize young writers brave enough to put their inner worlds on the page.
Lectures on Healing, Creativity & Authentic Living
I have been building a collection of lectures exploring psychology, grief, healing, creativity, and what it means to live an authentic and meaningful life. Drawing from my experience as a psychotherapist, writer, and creative, these talks bring together clinical insight, timeless wisdom, and practical reflection to help us better understand ourselves, our relationships, and the lives we’re creating.
Book Model & LEADR Presentation
Presented my book model through Taylor Love Co.’s LEADR program, sharing the framework I developed over five years with a thoughtful and engaged group of leaders. The project culminated in the completion of my book and an article in Influencer Press highlighting the model and its applications. This experience provided an opportunity to introduce the work to a broader audience and begin expanding the conversation around its potential applications through future speaking engagements and presentations.
Your Modern-Day Hero’s Journey
I completed the manuscript for Your Modern-Day Hero’s Journey, a model rooted in devotional love—not soft or fluffy love, but a fierce, actionable love that asks us to transform.
Developing this model required me to cross each internal threshold within myself, confront my most tender parts, and examine the stories that shaped both my survival and my capacity for aliveness and joy. This journey has been arduous, expansive, and ultimately one of the most inspiring journeys of my life.
What began as a mission I believed I was completing for the collective became something much more personal. Through the process, I became the most grateful recipient of the wisdom I uncovered. With the manuscript now complete, I am actively seeking a publisher and exploring opportunities to bring this work to a wider audience.
