Creative Directives Coaching

You don't have to fix yourself before you get to live.

Healing and thriving aren't two journeys. They're one.

Creative Directives Coaching is where I teach the model at the heart of my book, Your Modern-Day Hero's Journey. It weaves together over a decade as a psychotherapist, my training as a certified health coach, and my lifelong love of story, myth, and creativity.

The Model in a Nutshell

Your inner world is a theater. Different parts of you audition for the lead, and two directors want to run the show. The Reactive Director leads from old patterns of survival. The Creative Director sees the whole performance and leads with clarity. Coaching is where you learn to soothe your Reactive Director and to recognize and trust your Creative Director's leadership. Read more about my book.

The Four Phases

Together, we'll move through Mental Preparedness, Basic Training, Establishing a Base, and Deployment. Each phase builds on the last, giving you a clear, grounded path forward that feels humanizing and inspiring rather than exhausting.

I Teach the Model, Not Just Use It

You'll learn the language of your own Inner World Theater, so you can keep using it long after our time together ends.

Who It's For

It's for anyone who feels stuck in an area of their life and wants a clear path forward. It's for anyone who wants to deepen their understanding of themselves and others. And it's for anyone who wants to infuse their life with a greater sense of wonder and possibility.
